All items are 3D printed to order in Chester, NY.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom and multi-color pieces may take longer - I'll let you know your timeline when you order.

Orders ship via USPS, UPS with tracking.

RETURNS
Because each piece is printed to order, returns are handled case by case.

If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact me within 7 days with a photo and I'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.

Custom pieces (custom sizes, colors, or personalized signs) are final sale unless defective.
